360 View: 5 national team snubs set for a big Matchday 7

Columbus (2023): Midfielder Yaw Yeboah made 31 appearances for the Crew, starting in 22 matches, collecting three goals alongside five assists. Yeboah scored his first goal of the season coming off the bench in the Crew’s 4-0 rout of Real Salt Lake (April 1). The Ghanaian scored in the Crew’s 5-1 win against Loudoun United (May 10) in the U.S. Open Cup. Yeboah notched a goal against Nashville SC (May 28), scoring two minutes into the match from beyond the 18-yard box. The forward tallied back-to-back assists against Colorado (May 31) and Charlotte (June 3). During Leagues Cup, the forward collected an assist in the knock-out round against Minnesota United (August 4). Yeboah notched another string of back-to-back assists against CF Montreal (September 2) and Orlando City (September 16). Yeboah won his first MLS Cup with Columbus during the 2023 season. Yeboah made six post-season appearances for the Crew in the Audi 2023 MLS Playoffs, including scoring the game-winning goal following a Malte Amundsen line-splitting pass to cap off an 11-pass sequence in the MLS Cup championship match against LAFC at Lower.com Field (December 12).
Columbus (2022): Yaw Yeboah made 19 appearances and 10 starts with the Columbus Crew in his first season with the club, collecting one assist. Yeboah made his MLS and Columbus debut against Vancouver (February 26), collecting his first assist in his first match. The forward subbed into his first U.S. Open Cup match against Detroit FC (April 19).
Wislaw Krakow (2020-22): Yeboah played in 47 matches with the Polish Ekstraklasa side, scoring nine goals. He scored a brace in a 6-0 victory in October 2020 to record his first and second goals with the club. Yeboah was named Ekstraklasa Player of the Month for August in 2021.
CD Numancia (2018-20): Yeboah appeared in 34 matches for the Spanish second league club, scoring in his debut with the club in a 3-3 draw. In 2019, the Ghanaian was loaned to Celta de Vigo B on a one-year deal. He would score five goals in 20 matches with the second team.
Manchester City (2014-18): Yeboah joined Manchester City in 2014 but was loaned in August 2015 to Lille OSC where he made three appearances. In 2016 he was loaned to FC Twente in the Dutch Eredivisie league where he scored two goals in 26 matches. Yeboah was loaned to Real Oviedo in 2017 where he appeared in 20 matches for the Spanish second division side.
