Supplemental Slots 25-28Adeniran’s professional career began with Leganés B in Spain, with loan spells at Segunda División B side Castellón and Guadalajara, where he scored seven goals in 14 appearances. In 2019, he moved to German side Kickers Emden before joining Atlas Delmenhorst. On March 15, 2021, Adeniran returned to play in the United States with USL Championship side Tacoma Defiance and made his debut for Tacoma on May 16, 2021.
On December 14, 2021, Adeniran made the permanent move to the Seattle Sounders first team roster and was a member of the squad when they won the 2021/2022 Concacaf Champions League. He was loaned to USL Championship side San Antonio FC for the remainder of the season and was a key piece to San Antonio’s USL Championship Regular Season title win. The 24-year-old Nigerian forward started all three matches, scoring game-winning goals in both the quarterfinals and the finals. In two seasons at the USL Championship level, Adeniran found the back of the net 25 times in 53 appearances while providing four assists.
