Ménder García

García joined Minnesota United midway through the 2022 season. He made his MLS debut in a 2-1 win over Austin FC on August 20 and his first MNUFC start on August 31 at Real Salt Lake. He scored his first MLS and MNUFC goal on September 17 at Sporting Kansas City. He finished the 2022 season with nine game appearances, six starts and one goal.

Prior to joining Minnesota, García spent his entire career playing at Once Caldas, where he made his professional debut in 2017. The versatile attacker scored 22 goals and notched eight assists across all competitions with Once Caldas. He can play multiple positions, scoring 12 goals as a center forward and three on the left wing. García made 112 appearances with Once Caldas, including nine games in Copa Colombia, where he scored three goals and notched two assists.
