A Homegrown attacking midfielder, Bustos made his MLS debut on Oct. 14, 2015 against FC Dallas. The Winnipeg, Manitoba native spent much of the 2015 and 2016 seasons with Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 in USL and is a Canadian international. He's played four times in MLS for a total of 92 minutes.
INTERNATIONAL: Bustos made his Canadian senior national team debut on Oct. 13, 2015 in a friendly against Ghana. He previously featured for Canada at the U-17 World Cup in 2013, and was called into a Chilean U-20 national team camp in 2014 (his father was born in Chile).
OUTSIDE MLS: Bustos made 17 appearances in USL play for WFC2 in 2015. He was the joint-leading scorer for the club, with seven goals, and added two assists.
NOTES: The Winnipeg native had a trial with English Premier League club Liverpool's academy in 2010...Holds Canadian and Italian citizenship.
