• Grew up in Esmeraldas, Ecuador – a coastal city in northwestern Ecuador.Â
• At age 11 joined his older brother,Â
a goalkeeper, at Escuela de Futbol Semillero in Santo Domingo, Ecuador.Â
• After a strong showing at a youth tournament in Salinas, Ecuador began his official youth club career at Independiente del Valle in 2016.Â
