Citing his platform as a Black professional athlete, young Vancouver Whitecaps forward Theo Bair called for education in the fight against racism and social inequality.
The Canadian international used Instagram as his soundboard to call for change.
“The time is now. Fight for this. Enough is enough,” he said. “I am Thelonius Bair and I stand for my brothers and sisters.”
