Christian Pulisic has declared himself fully fit and ready to go, which is good news for both the US men’s national team and Chelsea.

The 21-year-old, who is home in Hershey, PA during the stoppage of the Premier League season due to the coronavirus pandemic, told Chelsea’s website he has fully recovered from a nagging adductor injury initially suffered in early January.

Pulisic initially returned to training in late January, but suffered a setback. He returned to training in early March where he competed in an in-house 11-v-11 scrimmage. His last appearance for the Blues came on Jan. 1 vs. Brighton and Hove Albion.

Reportedly, Chelsea want their overseas players back by Sunday ahead of a potential restart to the season.

“I’m feeling great. Right before this whole thing happened I was actually back in training and feeling really good and ready to go,” Pulisic said. “It was really unfortunate timing. As soon as I felt like I was back, now this has happened. It is what it is. Now I just have a bit more time to get it completely right and be 100 percent ready once I’m back.”

After a slow start to his Chelsea career, Pulisic heated up in late October and his form carried over for most of the next month. He has six goals and six assists in 23 appearances across all competitions since his move from Borussia Dortmund.

Pulisic’s last game for the USMNT was the 2-0 Concacaf Nations League defeat to Canada Oct. 16
