As soon as the final whistle blew on the 2018 World Cup and France lifted the trophy, it was time for countries around the world to look ahead to the next qualifying cycle.
For the US men’s national team, that meant trying to move past the shocking failure of missing this summer’s tournament and building toward 2022 and 2026 around a youthful core.
With that in mind, U.S. Soccer unveiled a new web series on Monday, which will chronicle select players’ USMNT journeys with behind-the-scenes footage.
To kick off the series, U.S. Soccer features the backstories of 11 players, each one following a unique path. You can watch the entire series at ussoccer.com/RISING.
