As you would expect for the penultimate week of the season, Week 34 of the 2018 MLS regular season was chock-full of terrific performances, as reflected in the Team of the Week presented by Audi.
Three teams — D.C. United, Seattle Sounders and Sporting Kansas City — each notched two victories, and their players lead the way, as the countdown to Decision Day presented by AT&T is on.
Audi Player Index Spotlight
This week's spotlight player is Seattle midfielder Nicolas Lodeiro, who posted three assists in a 3-2 win over the Houston Dynamo on Sunday. That effort earned him the Audi Player Index Performance of the Week, as he picked up 1,331 points, best in the league.
Lodeiro had an additional three key passes in the game, 80 percent of his crosses were successful and he completed 82 percent of his passes in the opposition half.
