It's a mad dash to the finish, and in the penultimate week of the 2019 MLS regular season, there were plenty of performances worthy of recognition in the Team of the Week presented by Audi.
Leading the way are the New England Revolution, with three players in the 18, and Minnesota United, with two players and their coach recognized.
Audi Player Index Spotlight
This week's spotlight player is LAFC forward Carlos Vela, who scored a goal in a 1-1 road draw against Minnesota United on Sunday. Vela earned 996 points, best in the league for the week.
In addition to his goal – which tied the MLS record for scoring in a single season – Vela won four corners, made two key passes and completed 70 percent of his passes in Minnesota's half.
