St. Louis City SC is still a ways out from their scheduled 2023 MLS launch, but progress on the club's new soccer-specific stadium in downtown St. Louis is churning right along, which can be seen in a new time-lapse video shared on the club's official Facebook page.
The venue, which is located next to Union Station in St. Louis' Downtown West neighborhood, is slated to have a capacity of 22,500 and is expected to be ready in time for the club's 2023 debut season. The time-lapse chronicles all the progress to this point, starting with a vacant lot into the preliminary stages of construction.
