Highly rated Sporting Kansas City midfielder Gianluca Busio is again reported to be drawing admiring eyes from Italy's Serie A.
ESPN's Taylor Twellman tweeted on Friday that the 18-year-old is being closely watched by three big Serie A clubs at the MLS is Back Tournament. Additionally, one Dutch team is also said to be keeping a close eye on the US U-17 talent. According to Twellman, Fiorentina had a $4 million bid knocked back by SKC over the winter.

It is not the first time Busio has been linked with interest from Italy, with reports circulating for several months.
The SKC homegrown player made 22 regular-season appearances in 2019, including 10 starts, and registered three goals and one assist. He came on as a substitute in both of SKC's MLS is Back Tournament matches so far against Minnesota United and the Colorado Rapids.
