Maxi Urruti is being eyed by Argentinean club Newell's Old Boys and it's reported that the club taking their interest in the FC Dallas attacker to the next level.
Newell's VP Cristian D'Amico said "I'm going to talk to Urruti in a few days" with the hopes of signing the player next transfer window, according to El Ciudadano.
Urruti, 27, began his career at Newell's, a product of their esteemed academy. He went on to make 60 appearances for the club before moving to MLS in 2013. He spent three seasons with the Portland Timbers before moving to Dallas in 2016, where he has been a near-constant in Oscar Pareja's starting XI. Urruti has produced 29 goals and 20 assists in 95 MLS appearances for FCD.
