TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS:Report
Kemar Lawrence's agent says the New York Red Bulls would be willing to deal the Jamaican international "if the offer is right," according to a story in the Jamaica Gleaner.
Lawrence's agent, former Chicago Fire striker Damani Ralph, told the Gleaner that Turkish clubs Fenerbahce and Trabzonspor have expressed interest, and that Fenerbahce in particular have Lawrence on their "shortlist" for the January transfer window.
The 25-year-old left back is coming off arguably his best year as a professional, scoring once and adding five assists in 24 league appearances for the Red Bulls.
But his best moment of 2017 came in international play, when his free kick goal lifted the Reggae Boyz past Mexico in the CONCACAF Gold Cup semifinals. He was named to the tournament's best 11.
Lawrence has previously attracted interest from English clubs, only for a potential move to be restricted by work permit issues, according to the Gleaner.
