The Professional Referee Organization released their latest edition of "Inside Video Review," for Week 21 of the 2019 MLS regular season, and Greg Barkey, Manager of Video Review for PRO, went through four different reviews.
The review process for Roger Espinoza's red card tackle on Maxime Chanot is shown, as well as an explanation for why Espinoza's original card was changed following review.
In addition, the video shows the review of a penalty in the New York Red Bulls-Columbus Crew SC game, as well as a yellow card awarded, and a handball penalty in the New England Revolution-Orlando City SC match.
