Every beloved player in the Pacific Northwest deserves a good craft beer, right? Hopworks Urban Brewery in Portland honored the Timbers' Jack Jewsburythis past February with "Captain Jack's Lucky 13 Championship IPA."
Now, as he's nursed himself back to health, Liam Ridgewell's joined in on the hops-laden fun. Voila, for the waning days of summer, "Ridgy's Royall Boat" beer, which Hopworks colorfully describes as such:
Liam likes day-long sessions on warm summer lakes so he set the brewery’s course for pale waters. The forecast calls for blasts of tropical hops and citrus zest backed by waves of honey.
