Orlando City's Collin on controversial calls: "We all make mistakes"

To say that Orlando City SC had reason to be upset after Sundayā€™s match against the New England Revolution is putting it mildly. Yet one of their veteran locker-room leaders remained admirably evenhanded, even in the heat of the moment.

The Lions thought they had the Revs beat with a stoppage-time Kevin Molino goal, but then referee Baldomero Toledo changed the game, whistling Servando Carrasco for a handball inside the box.

Replays suggested that Lee Nguyen's pass had actually hit Carrasco's chest, but the call stood and New England equalized on the ensuing penalty kick.

Tempers flared in the aftermath, but Orlando City defender AurƩlien Collin kept a more even keel in reacting to the incident.

ā€œWeā€™re all human, we all make mistakes, but it wasnā€™t a handball. Itā€™s disappointing we didnā€™t get three points, but we just have to accept it,ā€ he said.
