New York City FC winger Jack Harrison has received a second call to the England Under-21 national team.
Harrison was named to the England U-21 squad for their UEFA Euro Under-21 championship qualifier at Ukraine on Nov. 10. Harrison appeared in both of England’s qualifiers last month, coming off the bench in a 3-1 win against Scotland and starting and going 70 minutes in their 1-0 win at Andorra.
The 20-year-old appeared in all 34 of NYCFC’s regular season matches this season, recording 10 goals and six assists for the club. He started and played 79 minutes in their 4-1 loss at Columbus Crew SC in the first leg of the Eastern Conference semifinal series on Tuesday night. NYCFC will host Columbus in the second leg of the series on Sunday (5 pm ET; ESPN in the US | TSN1, TVAS in Canada).
