A week after earning the fan nod as the goalkeeper for the 2012 MLS All-Star Game First XI, Jimmy Niesen collected his third MLS Save of the Week award.

Nielsen's sprawling stop on new Houston Designated Player Boniek García in the 15th minute of a scoreless game at Livestrong Sporting Park denied the Honduran his first MLS goal and laid the foundation for an eventual shutout and valuable point.
It also impressed the fans enough to vote Nielsen to the top once again, leaving him one behind RSL's Nick Rimando (four) in total Save of the Week awards this season.
