TRANSFER TRACKER STATUS: Waived
The New York Red Bulls have waived Romanian attacker Andreas Ivan, the club announced Wednesday.
Ivan, 24, joined the club last summer from German side SV Waldhof Mannheim and made 21 appearances, though just six starts. He had a goal and two assists, all of which this season.
New York have made a few moves on the wing this month. First, they added Josh Sims on loan from Southampton then traded Derrick Etienne Jr. to FC Cincinnati.
The club currently sit fifth place in the Eastern Conference.
