Frank Lampard can now add Guinness World Record holder to his long list of accomplishments.
The current New York City FC and former Chelsea star was awarded a world record for Most Premier League Teams Scored Against, and he received his Guiness World Record Certificate last week. Ironically, the record-setting 39th club scored against was Chelsea, during Lampard's loan to Manchester City prior to his summer MLS arrival.
“It was a weird feeling when I scored,” he told GuinessWorldRecords.com. “But it did get me the record, so I am also very happy with the goal!”
