The first saw Nani collect a 60-yard ball from center back Robin Jansson in the 36th minute, beat Loons right back Hassani Dotson with a delightful first touch and then finish underneath Tyler Miller. The Portuguese winger one-upped himself in the 42nd minute, collecting another pinged-in ball on the left flank before curling home an inch-perfect shot to the far post.
"The thing that I want you all to know is that he is training every single day like a rookie coming into the league, and we all respect that from Luis," said Orlando coach Oscar Pareja after the match. "So now in the games that he needs to appear, he's doing it. Now it’s contagious, his energy, and we respect his leadership."
