Los Angeles will be a city divided when the US national team take on Mexico in Saturday’s CONCACAF Cup (9:30 pm ET; FS1, Univision, UDN).
The crowd at the Rose Bowl, neighborhoods and sports bars will have their conflicting allegiances for the big match to determine who will represent the region in the 2017 Confederations Cup. Even families will have their disagreements.
That was on display in an interview with the LA Galaxy’s Alan Gordon and his young son, posted to the club’s Twitter account.
The big question is whether young Gordon marches to the beat of his own drummer or if he's got a future as a comedian, with that sense of timing.
