LOS ANGELES — Hollywood came out in force to watch LAFC defeat the Philadelphia Union in penalties, claiming their first MLS Cup after an epic, back-and-forth 3-3 match at Banc of California Stadium Saturday afternoon.
Famed comedic actor and part-owner of LAFC Will Ferrell kicked off the celebrations with a hearty drink from the MLS Cup.
Prior to the match, Justin and Hailey Bieber made their grand entrance in style. Justin then wasted no time getting in on the banter, giving referee Ismail Eflath an earful after LAFC's Carlos Vela was taken down in the 38th minute.
NBA Hall of Famer Earvin 'Magic' Johnson, another part-owner of LAFC, joined the festivities as the club's honorary falconer for the match. Past honorary falconers have included Ty Burell, Meghan Trainor, and Danny Trejo.
Not to be outmatched, the Union had their own celebrity supporters in attendance, with "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" star and Wrexham AFC owner, Rob McElhenney, leading the way.
World-renowned rapper Wiz Khalifa also came out to enjoy some excellent soccer in the LA sun. Alongside him in pitch-side seats: actress and star of Netflix's Outer Banks, Madison Bailey, and TikTok creator and MLS social maestro, Noah Beck.
