It's been a dream month and a half for New York City FC rookie Jack Harrison and it continued on Friday as he collected AT&T Goal of the Week honors for Week 19.
The 19-year-old midfielder received a pass on the right wing and proceeded to dribble right past Montreal Impact defender Ambroise Oyongo, before curling the ball to the far post. It was the game-winning goal in NYCFC's 3-1 win against the Impact.
The GOTW win is Harrison's first as he now has three goals and two assists in eight games this season.
Harrison defeated Portland Timbers midfielder Diego Valeri in the finals by a slight margin (52-48%) after he beat FC Dallas' Mauro Diaz and the Colorado Rapids' Marlon Hairston in previous rounds.
