Former US winger Josh Gatt is set for a fresh challenge, having signed with Irish side Dundalk FC, the club confirmed on Tuesday.
Gatt played in a preseason friendly against Longford Town in February before signing a short-term deal with last year's champions of the Irish top-flight.
A native of Michigan, Gatt made two appearances with the US men's national team in 2012-2013 and has also been a member of Minnesota United and the Colorado Rapids in MLS. Although he never made a league appearance for the Loons, he played in 20 games for Colorado in 2017, scoring a pair of goals.
Gatt is still just 28, but he's well-traveled, doing two stints in Austria and one in Norway in addition to his spells stateside. He had his best years playing for Norwegian side Molde from 2011-2016, helping the club to league titles in 2011 and 2012.
