US international Tyler Adams set the soccer world on fire with his 87th-minute game-winner for RB Leipzig in the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals vs. Atletico Madrid on Thursday, and the internet provided us with some exhilarated reactions to one of the biggest goals ever scored by a US player on the world stage, including some from Adams' former New York Red Bulls teammates.
