Sporting Kansas City defender and US U-20 national team captain Erik Palmer-Brown headlines three additions made Monday to the MLS Homegrown Team roster for Tuesday's 2017 MLS Homegrown Game (8 pm ET | Univision Deportes, Facebook.com in the US; MLS LIVE in Canada) against the U-20 side of Chivas de Guadalajara.

Palmer-Brown joins Atlanta United midfielder Chris Goslin and Real Salt Lake midfielder Jose Hernandez to participate in the Homegrown Game. The trio are replacing Vancouver Whitecaps FC midfielder Alphonso Davies, Montreal Impact midfielder Ballou Tabla and Portland Timbers defender Marco Farfan, who have all withdrawn due to injury.

Palmer-Brown captained the United States Under-20 team at the 2017 FIFA U-20 World Cup and received the Golden Ball at the 2017 CONCACAF U-20 Championships as the tournament’s top player.

The 17-year-old Goslin, the second Homegrown Player signing in Atlanta United history, has represented the United States at the U-17 level, and Hernandez has started seven matches in his first season with Real Salt Lake following a standout two-year stint at UCLA.
