CNN recently asked some of the biggest names in MLS about the prospect of the two biggest names in world soccer, Cristiano Ronaldo and Leo Messi, moving to the league.
“I think that’s a real possibility,” New York City FC midfielder Frank Lampard said when asked about Messi or Ronaldo maybe, possibly, potentially moving to MLS at any point in the future. “I think they’ll want to, and I think they’ll be embraced if they came here. Cristiano, particularly, I could see playing in America.”
Huge, if true. Though...it...feels...like...something...we've...heard before.
