Christian Pulisic continues to light it up in the English Premier League, as the star US international put in another electric performance in Chelsea's eventual 5-3 defeat against Liverpool on Wednesday.
With Chelsea in a 4-1 hole, Pulisic entered the match as a second-half substitute and virtually singlehandedly got his time back in the match. Shortly after coming on, Pulisic made a stellar individual run, cooking three Liverpool defenders to free himself up on the left flank before sending in a perfect cross that gave teammate Tammy Abraham an easy tap-in. Watch it below.
He wasn't done. Later in the half, Pulisic found the scoresheet himself, making it 4-3 after collecting a cross in the box and setting himself up for a perfectly placed laser finish into the back of the net.
The man simply can't be stopped right now. So far, Pulisic isn't just meeting the lofty expectations that came with his move to the EPL. He's comfortably exceeding them.
