Alejandro Pozuelo, Jonathan Osorio - Toronto FC - Celebration

The two Conference Finals are set.

After Atlanta's 2-0 defeat of the Philadelphia Union out East, the defending champs will play a third consecutive home game in the Audi 2019 MLS Cup Playoffs when they host Toronto FC next Wednesday in the Eastern Conference Final.

Meanwhile out West, the No. 1 seeds and Supporters' Shield winners LAFC won the first playoff match in club history and the first ever match against rivals LA Galaxy. Now they'll now host the Seattle Sounders in the Western Conference Final on Tuesday.

Eastern Conference Final

No. 2 Atlanta United vs. No. 4 Toronto FC

TV: Wednesday, October 30 (FS1, FOX Deportes, TSN, TVAS)

Atlanta United continue their title defense at their friendly confines of Mercedes-Benz Stadium where Toronto FC will pay a visit after upsetting No. 1 seed New York City FC in an Eastern Conference Semifinal.

It will be a battle of the last two MLS Cup champions.

On their last trip to Atlanta earlier this year on May 8, Toronto were shut out 2-0 on goals from Tito Villalba and Julian Gressel. That turned out to be Toronto's first and only loss to Atlanta in six all-time matches (2W-1L-3D). In the second meeting of 2019 on June 26, the Reds handed Atlanta a 3-2 loss in Toronto on an Alejandro Pozuelo stoppage-time penalty kick.

In the previous two seasons, Toronto came away with 2-2 draws on their only other two previous visits to Atlanta in 2017 and 2018.

Western Conference Final

No. 1 LAFC vs. No. 2 Seattle Sounders

TV: Tuesday, October 29 @ TBD (ESPN, ESPN Deportes, TSN, TVAS)

The top two seeds will go at it at Banc of California Stadium for the right to head to MLS Cup 2019.

The Sounders will have their work cut out for them: LAFC are a team that the Sounders have never defeated (0W-3L-1D, including 0W-2L-0D on the road at The Banc).

LAFC's first official match in club history in 2018 came in Seattle (1-0 LAFC win) and the Sounders were also the opponent in the first-ever match at Banc of California Stadium -- another 1-0 LAFC victory on a memorable stoppage-time, long-distance goal by Laurent Ciman.

This year LAFC claimed a third victory over the Sounders on April 21 by a 4-1 scoreline. A week later, Seattle salvaged a 1-1 draw at CenturyLink Field, their first point against the 2018 expansion side.
