Born in Caruaru, near Recife on the East coast of Brazil, Paulo Neto is one of the most exciting up-and-coming FIFA players in the world. After dominating local and regional tournaments in Brazil, Paulo finished as a Playstation semifinalist at the 2019 Global Series in Atlanta and was selected to the Brazilian National Team before being ruled ineligible due to his age. But in his first year of full eligibility, Paulo has started out strong, finishing as a console finalist in Global Series II in Bucharest, clinching a spot in Global Series III. At just 16 years old, this is just the start for one of the best young FIFA players in the world.
