We asked you to vote which of your favorite MLS stars should go on a custom downloadable cover of EA SPORTS FIFA 19 and you delivered.
The four winners:
- Houston Dynamo forward Alberth Elis
- Seattle Sounders midfielder Nicolas Lodeiro
- Real Salt Lake defender Justen Glad
- Atlanta United forward Josef Martinez.
Elis just helped lead the Dynamo to a Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup triumph on Wednesday, another extension of his impressive 2018. The winger has 11 goals and nine assists in 27 appearances this season.
Lodeiro was vital to Seattle's historic win-streak and has already tied his goal tally of last year (7) in 10 fewer games. Those seven goals, as well as his nine assists, lead the team.
Glad has anchored RSL's defense for three years now as the 21-year-old Homegrown has started every game for his club this season.
Martinez, in case you haven't heard, isn't half bad at scoring goals. He has already broken the league's single-season record for goals and has a few more games to extend his mark of 30 as Atlanta chase records.
